Who we are

Whitewater Intelligence is the data controller for this website, whitewaterintelligence.com. We are based in Chamblee, Georgia, United States. If you have any question about this policy or your information, you can reach us at sales@whitewaterintelligence.com.

This policy covers this corporate site only. Whitewater OS, our product, has its own separate privacy policy at whitewateros.com/privacy, which governs the product and any account you hold there.

What we collect

This site collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, and the option you select for which part of the company your message concerns. We do not ask for anything else, and we collect no special categories of personal data.

There is no account to create and no login on this site. The only measurement we run is a cookieless, aggregate analytics count, described under Cookies and tracking below. Beyond that we run no tracking cookies, no advertising or social media trackers, and no cross-site profiling.

How we use your information

We use the details you send for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. We do not use them for marketing lists, we do not profile you, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

How your message is handled and kept

This site has no database. When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us as an email and held in our inbox, the same way any email you sent us directly would be. We keep it for as long as we need it to answer you and for our own records, and then we delete it.

Who processes your data

A small number of trusted providers help us run the site and receive your message. Each acts as a processor on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves this website. As part of delivering pages, Cloudflare processes standard request information such as your IP address, browser details and server logs, and delivers the email your contact form generates.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form from spam and abuse. When you submit the form, it checks that the request comes from a real person, which involves sending a challenge token and your IP address to Cloudflare for verification.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only cookies you may receive are the essential security cookies Cloudflare uses to keep the site available and protected from abuse, such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance. Because we set no tracking or advertising cookies, this site does not need a cookie-consent banner.

To understand how the site is performing, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is a cookieless, privacy-respecting measurement, served by Cloudflare, that reports only aggregate figures such as page views and page load performance. It sets no cookies, stores no personal identifiers, does not follow you across other websites, and is never used to build a profile of you.

Fonts and images

Our fonts are hosted on our own site rather than loaded from a font network, and every image is served from this site directly. That means viewing these pages does not quietly send a request to any third party.

Your choices and rights

Because the only personal data we hold from this site is the message you sent us, your choices are simple. If you would like us to show you what you sent, correct it, or delete it, email us at sales@whitewaterintelligence.com and we will take care of it. You can also simply choose not to use the contact form and reach us by email instead.

Links to other sites

This site links out to our two arms, Whitewater OS at whitewateros.com and Whitewater Dev at wwi.dev, and to a few other places. Once you follow a link away from this site, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Because the site collects so little, we expect changes to be rare.
