Whitewater OS
The business operating system for founder-led teams of 10 to 50. Priorities, weekly Pulse meetings, live scorecards, goals, projects and AI coaching, in one closed loop instead of five disconnected tools.
Whitewater OS is one of two currents at Whitewater Intelligence, alongside our studio.

Everything a leadership team runs on, in one place
Most growing teams run the business across a planner, a spreadsheet, a chat thread and a project board that never agree. Whitewater OS holds priorities, the meeting that reviews them, and the work underneath in a single system, so the picture is always current.
-
Priorities
Quarterly rocks that name the handful of things that actually move the business, so the whole team pulls the same direction.
-
Weekly Pulse
One short, same-shape leadership meeting every week that surfaces what is off track while it is still small.
-
Live scorecards
The numbers that predict the quarter, owned by name and reviewed on a cadence, not rediscovered at the end.
-
Goals
Company goals that cascade to teams and people, so everyone can see how their week ladders up to the year.
-
Projects and tasks
The work under each priority, tracked where the priorities live, so execution and strategy never drift into separate tools.
-
AI coaching
A coach in the loop that reads the same data the team does and nudges the next right move, not a chatbot bolted on the side.
Who it serves
For the team that has outgrown winging it
There is a moment when a founder-led company stops being small. Ten people become thirty, the founder can no longer hold every thread, and the habits that got the team here start to cost it. Priorities blur, meetings sprawl, and good people lose the line between their week and the year.
Whitewater OS is built for that team: 10 to 50 people, led by a founder or operator who wants the clarity of a much larger company without the overhead of one. It gives the leadership team a shared operating rhythm and gives everyone else a clear view of what matters this quarter and why.
Why we built it
Built by an operator who ran the play
Whitewater OS was not designed in a workshop. It was built by an operator who scaled a real company through the years when a business goes from calm water to whitewater, and who kept rebuilding the same system out of spreadsheets and meetings to stay upright.
This is that system, made into software: the priorities, the weekly cadence and the scorecards that kept a growing company on course, so the next founder does not have to invent it from scratch.
